About Brazos Recovery

Brazos Recovery is a men's only treatment center focused on 12-Step recovery in a quiet countryside environment. Brazos Recovery offers medical, detox, residential care, intensive outpatient programing (IOP), and sober living. The program was founded by Ben Patterson, a recovered addict that has more than 25 years’ experience within the industry. “Ben’s vision is simple: to offer quality treatment, recovery and accountability to all who walk through their doors.” Brazos accomplishes this mission by seeing the value in personalized treatment while blending evidence-based modalities with fitness, wellness, and peer accountability. At the core of the program lies the 12-Step recovery process which is meant to encourage clients to seek a deeper meaning in life and turn their eyes toward something bigger-God. Although Brazos offers spiritual groups including meditation and prayer, they welcome everyone even if they do not consider themselves to be spiritual. In addition to individual counseling, Brazos supports the families as well by providing family/couples counseling and specific family days where daily members are invited to spend a day at the facility.
Brazos Recovery is located in Morgan, Texas, among the lovely countryside. The remote location was purposely chosens to help others feel one with God’s nature and simply disconnect from the pressures of the outside world.
Brazos Recovery truly aims at providing a haven and safe place for men battling addiction by untimely finding freedom with the support and help of an empathetic staff.
