About Bravo Zulu House

Bravo Zulu House is America’s first sober living house focused exclusively on veterans with PTSD. In addition to veteran-focused recovery housing, Bravo Zulu House also partners with Mayo Clinic Health System to support all aspects of residents' health.
Zulu House uses a whole‑person, integrated approach that focuses on mental, physical, spiritual, and career wellness. Residents participate in counseling, 12‑Step meetings, dog training and therapy, and hydroponic farming. Zulu House also offers spiritual support, fitness opportunities, and career planning to help strengthen sobriety, calm the mind, build purpose, and help veterans find healing and hope.
The ADA-compliant home features a wheelchair lift, private rooms, and wider doors for accessibility and comfort. Amenities also include a fitness center, communal lounges for rest and social interaction, and expansive grounds ideal for reflection. Located in scenic rural Minnesota, the home offers a safe and supportive setting where veterans can connect over shared experiences and pursue healing together.
