About Aspirations Sober Living Homes

Set in the mid-sized city of Lethbridge, Aspirations Sober Living Homes offers safe and supportive housing for people recovering from substance use. They accept clients who have completed a 30-day residential treatment program or who have finished detox and are waiting to enter residential treatment. Clients are welcome to stay as long as they find the program helpful to their recovery journey.
Aspirations operates two homes—Aurora House and Raven House—located in quiet, family-friendly neighbourhoods. These homes are designed to support sobriety while helping residents heal and rebuild their lives. One home serves 3 men, while the other serves 3 women.
While living at Aspirations, residents learn key life skills like cooking, cleaning, and managing daily routines. They also focus on building healthy relationships and setting personal goals in a structured environment. The program provides food for meal preparation, and clients take turns cooking for the house. A psychiatric nurse is available on-site to offer counselling and connect residents to community resources. An addictions support worker is also available to assist when needed.
Each client has a private room, which includes a window, a queen-sized bed, a dresser with mirror, an end table, a closet, and a Roku TV with Netflix. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, and clients may use their personal cell phones.
Parking is available a block or two away, and public transportation is accessible. Aspirations recommends purchasing a Lethbridge bus pass for easier travel around the city.
