The cozy cottage is reminiscent of a bed and breakfast, offering charm and an abundance of comfort. Inside, clients will enjoy private rooms with plush bedding, en-suite bathrooms, and plenty of natural light. Outside, the privacy within the grounds gives clients the opportunity to find peace in the sensory garden and participate in outdoor activities. Yoga, meditation, art workshops, and other group sessions are practiced outdoors to create space for recovery and healing. Nutrition is a key recovery component at Asana Lodge, and all meals are prepared fresh daily with organic ingredients. Asana Lodge also benefits from having experienced personal trainers come to the cottage once a week to offer 1-on-1 sessions with clients.
