The Arbor team consists of medical doctors (MD), psychiatrists, registered nurses, addiction specialists, therapists, and recovery managers. To create well-rounded programs, they also have a personal trainer, an acupuncturist, a yoga teacher, and massage therapists.
On 67 acres of Texas countryside, The Arbor has a comfortable home perfect for healing. They create personalized fitness and nutrition programs for each client to promote physical restoration. Some of the holistic and experiential therapies offered include equine therapy, art therapy, and physical fitness. They have a horse stable on-site, too. Most clients stay from 90 days to 1 year.
