They provide 30, 60, and 90 day programs that focus on the mental, emotional, and physical aspects of addiction. In addition to 12-Step mentoring, residents will also have personally tailored nutrition and workout plans by a national CrossFit qualifier as well as yoga classes, and meditation. While living on-site residents can enjoy a plethora of outdoor activities conducive to recovery including a basketball court, sand volleyball court, walking trails, and a CrossFit training gym.
