About Ambrosia Treatment Center

Since 2007, Ambrosia Treatment Center has been treating those struggling with substance abuse issues and co-occurring disorders right on the Atlantic coast. They offer speciality programs including their trauma intensive program and 35+ adult program. They additionally have a first responders treatment program which aims to care for our first responders who may be more likely to have witnessed traumatic events due to their occupation. Their facility is designed to promote relaxation, which is why they have a large outdoor pool and beautiful views of the ocean.
Ambrosia strives to treat the whole person: body, mind, and soul. The normal weekly medical, or body, schedule for one of Ambrosia’s clients includes a doctor’s appointment, chiropractic appointment, brain mapping, and neurofeedback. Their mental, or mind, weekly schedule includes 12-Step meetings, art and music therapy, marriage and family counseling, 1-on-1 therapy, and trauma therapy. Additionally, their weekly holistic, or soul, activities are massages, gym outings, yoga, acupuncture, and beach outings. They are accredited by The Joint Commission and accept all private insurance.
