The house is a duplex, with one side for men and the other side for women. Access Foundation Elmwood uses evidence-based group therapy, random drug tests, opportunities to practice leadership and teamwork at the house, and personal finance training. The main leadership roles in the house include House Manager, Assistant Manager, House Accountant, and Chore Advisor. During the first 30 days onsite, residents attend 5 weekly recovers meetings. After that, residents attend 3 weekly meetings. Access Foundation doesn't require participants to attend outside treatment.
